6. Quotations & Pricing
Quotations are valid for 30 days, unless otherwise stated.
Prices exclude VAT (where applicable).
Swifty Solutions reserves the right to revise pricing due to supplier costs, currency changes, or updated tax regulations.
7. Payment Terms
Unless agreed otherwise, payment terms are 50% upfront and 50% upon delivery or completion.
Late payments may incur interest at 4% above the Bank of England base rate.
Swifty Solutions reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for non-payment.
8. Delivery of Goods & Services
Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary due to third-party factors.
Risk of loss transfers to the Client upon delivery.
Services will be performed per agreed timelines and milestones.
9. Confidentiality
Both parties shall maintain strict confidentiality of all proprietary, personal, and business information exchanged during engagement.
This obligation remains in effect even after the contract is terminated.
10. Data Protection & Privacy
Swifty Solutions Ltd complies with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
We collect and process the following categories of information:
Personal Information – names, emails, phone numbers, and addresses.
Business Information – company name, VAT number, billing address.

Swifty Solutions may terminate immediately if the Client breaches these Terms or becomes insolvent.

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, supplier issues, or government restrictions.
